Domestic shipping

We commit to processing your order within one week from the date of purchase. Our goal is to dispatch every order on the same day it's placed. Keep in mind that as a small business, all our orders are processed and prepared manually for your convenience.

Local pickup/drop-off (within Greater Toronto Area)

We provide the convenience of local pickup/drop-off services within the Greater Toronto Area. Please choose this option during checkout, and we will arrange it for you within a week.


RETURNS

Return Cost

All purchases are final. We only offer returns for items that have been received damaged or defective. If your item falls into this category, please notify us within 5 days of receiving it. The damaged or defective items should remain unused and unwashed. In the event of receiving such an item, kindly take a photo of the damage and send us an email at palmtreeslive@gmail.com within 3 days of receipt.

Once we receive your email, we will investigate the matter and, once verified, send you a return label via email. Upon receiving the returned item, we will either ship you a replacement or issue a refund if necessary. If you prefer a refund, please include that request in your initial email. Please note that currently, As Ad Idem does not facilitate returns or exchanges for reasons other than damage or defects. Only returns for damaged or defective items will be accepted.
